Minestrone Soup with garlic butter bread, coffee and sparkling pink grapefruit.

Tiny little place, soon to expand, full of all the things you can’t get in Ballarat like burnt fig jam and chocolate coated caramelised almonds as well as a fridge full of local fare. But the best surprise was the old school minestrone, like Lygon St or Pellegrini’s when I was 19. And well-made coffee too. Looking forward to more.
